A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your service during checkout.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If there's still enough time within your appointment, we'll happily perform your service in the time remaining.

If not, we'll treat the appointment as a late cancellation, and our rescheduling and cancellation policy will apply.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice by phone or email to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Changes made within 48 hours will result in a fee of 30% of the service price and a forfeited deposit — a total of 50% of the service.

We understand that life happens, however appointments missed without any notice are subject to a fee of 100% of the service price.

The same rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies still apply; however, any fees owed are simply deducted from your wallet balance rather than charged to a card.

If a fee exceeds your available wallet balance, the remaining amount will be charged to the card on file for your membership.
