The Ritual Membership FAQ’s
What if i'm traveling or away on vacation?
Your credit simply rolls over and waits for you — nothing is lost. To ensure access and perks stay reserved for our committed clients, there's a three-month minimum on membership.
How do I book appointments?
As a member, you'll always have priority access to our calendar. When booking online, you'll see a "Members Only" category with every service already priced at your discounted rate — no guessing, no calculations needed.
If you're looking for a specific time that isn't showing through online booking, just reach out — our client coordinator would be happy to help find a priority spot that works for you.
Are there any hidden fees?
No — your membership funds are 100% yours to use, no matter what. If you choose to pause your membership after the three month minimum, your existing funds are still there for you to use; discounts and member perks, however, are reserved for active members.
What are the polcies as a Member?
As a Ritual Member, you enjoy a deposit-free booking experience — no deposit required to secure your appointment.
All other policies remain the same; any fees owed are simply deducted from your wallet balance rather than charged to a card. If a fee exceeds your available balance, the remaining amount is charged to the card on file for your membership.
Is their any retail my discount doesn’t apply to?
No — you save on your entire skincare regimen, with the freedom to shop across all of our esteemed product lines. No minimums, no restrictions.
